ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

I’m an artist and educator with over 15 years of drawing and painting experience and more than five years of teaching children, including summer and winter art camps. My artwork has earned awards at city, state, and regional exhibitions.
I’m also a recent Computer Science and Business dual honors graduate from UT Austin, and I now work full-time at Apple as a machine learning engineer. Art and teaching have been lifelong interests. I teach drawing and painting through individual projects in my home studio.
My practice spans colored pencil, oil pastel, graphite, charcoal, alcohol marker, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, poster paint, and oil painting.
